Kareena Kapoor plans to launch a new fitness book called “Women and the Weight Loss Tamasha” on January 15th, written by Kareena’s dietician and fitness professional (responsible for her infamous size zero state no doubt) Rujuta Divekar. This fitness book will also comprise of an audio-book featuring Kareena’s voice along with a handwritten note by the actress herself.
