Many people believe that if you’ve got a pretty face you have to be in front of the camera, but not Achla Sachdev. This stunner decided to give up her modelling career and opt for a life behind the scenes. In fashion the most fun you will ever have is behind the limelight. That would explain why Achla always has a smile on her face and tons of energy. From Modelling to TV to acting and finally choreography and even grooming, Achla believes in growing the most you can in one field. I met Achla at a recent college fashion show and she was a delight to hang out with. She’s been in the industry for years and surrounded by some of the biggest names, yet she is humble and attitude free. Lets take a look at what makes Achla Sachdev the darling of all things fashion!

Choreography

Achla’s at her best when she’s doing what she loves. Having seen some of her shows, she takes the time to really understand the collection and designer; then comes up with what will work for the runway. Her choreography is made just that added bit better due to her great relationship with all the models.

Eye Candy

Perks of the job (yes we all have them), is being able to meet the hottest men in the industry. At some point or another celebrities (and cricketers) like Yuvraj Singh, Milind Soman and even Shah Rukh Khan have all been choreographed by Achla. Making her job perfect for those of us who love some eye candy.

Grooming

Although she hasn’t groomed these beauties, she’s known them from the beginning and has been friends ever since. Achla’s been involved in pageants like Miss India, Miss bangalore, Mr India and Miss teen Diva. Helping out the contestants from their look to their walk, all for their big day.

Films

Achla has made many cameos in films, most often staring as herself. In Fashion she acted like a bitchy Choreography who is an absolute snob to the protagonist, irony is in real life Achla is far from that. She would probably be the one trying to help out and lend a hand where ever possible. In the movie she even choreographed all the fashion sequences (I’m sure many of you knew this already!)
