The Tech playoff of the year is here. So, we may not be gadget freaks in the real sense of the word but surviving without BBM (oops) I mean our Blackberry phones is virtually impossible. I also have a love for all things Apple ‘coz let’s face it our whole work life revolves around our prized MacBook’s and music would be incomplete without our iPods. I have fallen in love with the iPhone as well because of the brilliance of the Apple App Store. The newest entrant in my list of must-have gadgets is the iPad2 because it signifies a breakthrough in eBook reading and is just so perfect for web browsing as well.

To begin with, it has the 10.1 version of the Adobe’s Flash player and considering this is way more advanced than the Android and iPad doesn’t do flash, it could possibly be the coolest tablet for web browsing. It will work on a QNX operating system that enables smooth multitasking and greater ease in scrolling through programs with a flick of the finger. The Playbook has two cameras recording in full HD giving us

great audio and video playback

(we love that). There are some drawbacks like the Blackberry App store, which isn’t all that exciting, and needs to be worked on to excite gadget lovers.
