I’m guessing there is an advantage when the lead actor of a film is only one film old. He’s not overexposed and you can play around with his looks. While in Band Baaja Baaraat and even off-screen Ranveer Singh has been sporting a disheveled look, his old school look in Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl asks for a second glance. The casual t-shirt is replaced with a Lucknowi kurta pyjama and the un-shaved face and long hair give way to neatly combed oiled hair and a moustache. I love that he carries an attache! You like?
