All that talk about Shah Rukh Khan recommending Priyanka Chopra for Vishal Bharadwaj‘s adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s 2 States will finally come to an end. Vishal has put his mega project with SRK on the back burner for a while. He now wants to focus on his other new venture, a social satire with Ajay Devgan.
Vishal really admired Anushka Sharma‘s work in Band Baaja Baaraat and loved her even more in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. He was really keen on working with the charming young lady.

I can’t get over how adorable she was in Band Baaja Baarat with Ranveer Singh. So, Vishal decided Anushka would be perfect for the role of Ajay’s girl in his newest flick which will be produced by Kumar Mangat and Ajay Devgan.
Now, even though I was really kicked about SRK in 2 States, the idea of Ajay and Anushka together for the first time ever sounds like a lot of fun too.The buzz is that Anushka is really excited about working with Vishal Bharadwaj too.
