The Muggle world has two kinds of people in it: those who love the celluloid version of Harry Potter and those who don’t. And for the first kind, the past two weeks have been that of nostalgia and heartbreak as the cast and crew travel all over the world with Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part II – the final edition of the Potter series.
In all the red carpet premieres hosted at the various cities it was Emma Watson who stole the show. It has been been a delight to witness her journey from the shy debutante through the experimental, teenage phase to the now confident, sassy fashionista in the last few years. Her stand out appearances were in London for the world premiere in a stunning Oscar de la Renta tulle princess gown and in New York in a gorgeous Bottega Veneta gown with a beautiful cascading amber flamed skirt. On both these occasions, we loved her make up and of course her super-chic, pixie hair.
It would be interesting to see how Emma Watson evolves as an actress and a style icon as she steps out of Hermione Granger’s shoes. From everyone at MissMalini here’s wishing her all the best!
