Well with friends like these Vrinda J. Mehta is probably not going to have too much trouble visualizing her future! Having trained Amitabh & Jaya Bachchan, Kajol, Farah Khan and Karan Johar she reveals her mantra for good health & wellness for the first time ever at her soon to be opened studio in Bandra, Mumbai. While she offers a variety of cross-training programs it’s the power of the mind I’m most curious about (isn’t THAT the secret after all?) I’m tempted to try, after all if it worked for the Bachchan’s… my only hesitation if any is the slightly manic vibe I get, a touch Scientology-esque you think?
