With regulation statues of Buddha placed in strategic places, Rasi – The Zodiac Spa & Salon is a small and comfortable spa which has made optimum use of the limited space.
Situated on the bustling Link Road in Andheri West, the spa has introduced the novel concept of bringing zodiac signs into the relaxation sphere. “The foremost in its kind to conjugate the significance of zodiac and treatment rooms that render supreme rejuvenation, Rasi transmogrifies the whole idea of plunging into a spa experience,” says Tabeer Amrohi, Director of the facility. Roughly translated, it means that they give you specialised treatments according to your star signs.
And if they entire concept revolves around star signs, could our desi glamour stars be far behind? With appearances by Sonakshi Sinha to Neetu Chandra and Isha Narang to designer Babita Malkani, the spa was a celebrity-spotter’s delight on Saturday evening when they threw open their doors for a special preview.
Lady’s Man Alexx O’neil also called in some of his close celebrity friends like Shama Sikandar (who was jet-lagged after a long-haul flight from the US, but still looked drop dead gorgeous), Shibani Kashyap (in a lovely and vibrant orange dress), Karishma Tanna, Siddharth Kanan and Harmeet Gulzar of the Meet Brothers.
Also spotted at the launch were sisters Teejay & Devendra Siddhu and football player Robin Singh.
