Spotted heating-up the ramp, with his smoldering and broody looks was model Viduyuth Jamwal, Bollywood’s newest entrant.

Show Director and choreographer Achla Sachdev had Vidyuth walk the ramp as a show-stopper with actress Bidita Baig for the Manubhai Jewelers show at the ongoing India International Jewelry Week at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai.

Most famous for his Pantaloons campaign, Vidyuth is the next model after Dino Morea, Arjun Rampal and John Abraham to make in-roads into Bollywood.

In fact, even though he’s done a number of films down South, Vidyuth’s first Bollywood film has him paired opposite John Abraham.

“The film is called Force, and I play the negative lead opposite John,” says Vidyuth, with a shy smile. Unlike most of the B-Town folk, this hunk is painfully shy and prefers to let his work do the talking.

“I’m not the frivolous, partying kind,” he tells us. “I prefer to spend time with friends at home rather than party mindlessly at a Page3 event,” he adds.

The film releases mid-September and like any hot, young actor, Vidyuth has butterflies in his six-pack stomach. “I hope the critics appreciate the amount of hard-work I’ve put in to the role,” says Vidyuth, who is incidentally a professional at Martial Arts.
