This has been the most ambitious project for both artists and they made sure not a single song was leaked before the release. According to the Hollywood Reporter the duo took “C.I.A like precautions to ensure that the album was released on their own terms, they successfully staved off hackers with a leak-proof strategy – an anomaly for an industry consistently brought to its knees by web-savvy individuals eager to share unreleased material with the world”. The title of the album is apt with the latest release of Forbes’ top-earning hip hot artists ranking Jay-Z and Kanye at first and third, respectively (Sean “Diddy” Combs comes in second).
