This was one party where everyone let it out! And where everybody congregated for one reason only – food!
On Sunday evening, burrp.com celebrated its 5th birthday at Cafe Mangii in Khar, Mumbai, with a party that had all of Mumbai’s and Pune’s food crtics in the house.
Calling themselves “burrpers”, the idea was to put a face to their burrp handles and know them in person.
The introduction round started with an interesting twist. Instead of introducing themselves they had burrpers introducing each other. It worked as a great icebreaker and the guests started chatting and mingling while starters and drinks floated around. There were fun games and quiz and guests actively participated in them.
The co-founder of burrp! Anand Jain was also present at the party. He chatted casually with all the burrpers, got their feedback and answered all their questions. In the end they even gave away burrp! goodie-bags to the guests, filled with chocolates, a coffee mug and stationary.
