Katy Perry has made Billboard history by becoming the first female with 5 consecutive number one singles from her sophomore album Teenage Dream. The songs California Girls, Teenage Dream, Firework, E.T., and  Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) have all hit the #1 spot since the album’s release. Till date, Michael Jackson was the only other artist to hold this record with the tracks I Just Can’t Stop Loving You, Bad,  The Way You Make Me Feel, Man in the Mirror, and Dirty Diana from his album Bad all making it to number one. While it took Jackson 9 months and two weeks to set this record; Perry has taken one year, 2 months and one week. My favorite Katy Perry song is Teenage Dream, what’s yours?
