So, Imran Khan threw a bash with wife Avantika to celebrate the success of his last two flicks, Delhi Belly and Meri Brother Ki Dulhan at his rented apartment in Bandra. All of Imran’s friends turned up to show their love for the guy. But guess who was missing? Ranbir Kapoor stayed out of the celebrations. Now, that’s sure to get the rumor mills buzzing overtime.
Also, the leading ladies of his both these blockbuster movies were missing from the scene. Imran explained that Katrina Kaif was in Dublin for a shoot (Ek Tha Tiger with Salman Khan) but what about Shenaz Treasurywala and Poorna Jagannathan?
The A-listers who did show up more than made up for the absence of some of the others. So, there was Deepika Padukone who came with hottie Siddharth Mallya and then there was Shahid Kapoor who couldn’t get enough of Anushka Sharma’s company. Are Bipasha Basu and Ranveer Singh listening? Sonam Kapoor looked pretty as a picture in a long pastel gown which she teamed with a white knitted jacket.
Also, the buzz is that Karan Johar was seen bonding with Aamir Khan (who was there with wife Kiran Rao) till like 4am in the morning!
Geez, I wonder if KJo wants to work with Aamir and if that happens, I wonder how SRK is going to take it? Drama Drama! This sure was one bash that has sparked off some crazy rumors and we’re not complaining!
