World-renowned tennis player and Olympic medalist, Leander Paes, was the guest of honour as singer Raageshwari Loomba recently launched a DVD in Mumbai, called “5 Ancient Tibetan Rites: The Secret To Eternal Youth.”
Wearing a green strapless gown that showed off her lovely curves, the singer was all bubbles and happiness as she explained the importance of leading a holistic life.
Made along with Lorraine More, the DVD explores an ancient set of yogic practices which are followed by Tibetan monks. These date back to before the time of Christ and are supposed to slow down the aging process and fill one up with dynamic energy.
The rites and rituals in this DVD help balance your seven chakras, dissolve any blockages in them and help get the life-energy flowing throughout every cell of your body. What’s more, the exercises take not more than twenty-minutes of your day.
And why did she choose Leander Paes to launch the DVD? “He’s a modern day monk,” she says with a huge smile. “Leander is deeply spiritual and is a very humble human-being. More so, he’s in super shape and that’s why I have invited him to do the honors!”
The DVD cost Rs. 295/- and is widely available in music and book stores across the country.
