I’ll be the first to admit, I am not your average “gym junkie” but two things are currently making it actually quite enjoyable! 1) Having a customized core-strengthening and body-toning routine with a motivating trainer “don’t give up, you can do it!” at my service and 2) Saturday Bootcamp with my main squeeze :)
