If like me, every time you head out you like to put your ‘face’ on, then you will be interested in knowing that at the Elle Beauty Awards 2011, L’Oréal Paris emerged as the winners. Making them the best this year for beauty products. Estée Lauder followed as first runner-up with M.A.C. and Lancôme tied for second runner-up.

To celebrate the award night Monica Dogra, Sarah Jane Dias and Kim Johnson turned up in printed dresses which was a huge contrast to the all noir looks that Nonita Kalra (Black cocktail dresses are her signature look, she always wears the cutest LBDs) and Ashika Pratt wore.

Adhuna Aktar is right on trend for fall working the whole tux look with her iconic short hair do, we love the entire look and can’t get enough of this lady’s effortless fashion sense. Another stunner was Gul Panag, who really knows how to make a classic statement with her sophisticated outfit. We love the feminine blouse with high waist skirt and pulled back hair, gorgeous doesn’t even cut it!
