Singer Shibani Kashyap had the residents of Bandra singing and grooving along with her on Wednesday evening as she performed live for te ongoing Celebrate Bandra Fetival in Mumbai.
The lively performer was spotted belting out her famous Hindi numbers (and a few classic English pop songs as well) at the promenade at Bandra Reclamation. This being a free concert for anybody and everybody to enjoy, many of Shibani’s fans were happy to see her perform barely a few feet away from them. Some even posed for pictures with her after the concert and asked her for autographs.
Accompanied by her band, Sojourn, Shibani sang some of the crowd’s favourite songs like Dont Stop The Music, Alvida, Zinda, Sajna, Ho Gayi Hai Mohabbat Tumse, Thodi Thodi Saanj and even the popular Beegee’s number, Stayin’ Alive.
When the show finally got over at 10:30pm, the crowd was still asking for an encore. But due to deadlines and restrictions, it was unfortunately not possible for Shibani to continue. But she promised another performance in the near future and we’ll definitely be there for that as well.
