By now, you probably already know of my love for Kolaveri Di. And now, just in time to spread a little Christmas cheer, we’ve got an Xmas version of this song! This one is sung by Tommy Sandhu, the presenter on the BBC Asian Network, and has a pretty funny story behind it!
So we hear that Sohail, the sports presenter on The Breakfast Show, was given a task to buy a Christmas tree for the studio, just because the team knew he was so kanjoos! 😉 He landed up buying that small, cheap blue tree (no way to get in the Christmas spirit, I think), and Tommy just ended up saying, “Why this Xmas, Xmas tree…” and so the parody was born.
