Sadhna Romey Lalwani’s Hawaiian Shack in Bandra is one of Mumbai’s most famous landmarks and watering holes. Known for its retro music and Goan shack appeal (they should seriously rename it Goan Shack), this is one place that guarantees you a night of unadulterated retro music and a chilled-out, laid-back atmosphere.
On Saturday night, Sadhna threw open the blue wooden doors of yet another Hawaiian Shack – in Juhu this time – with a party that rocked into the wee hours of the morning. And while we are used to the likes of Rocky S, Alexx O’neil, Poonam Dhillon and the stunning Raageshwari Loomba attending rocking parties like this one, it came as a surprise to find veteran star Randhir Kapoor, holding court near the bar with a group of friends around him.
The actor seemed pretty much at ease, with a glass of scotch in his hands, and happily posed with fans for pictures. If only the younger lot of so-called “stars” were as graceful and accommodating…!!
Also spotted at this fabulous party were actress Ritu Shivpuri, Aditya Raj Kapoor, Shonal Rawat, Salim Asgarally and Vinta Nanda.
