The Screen Actors Guild Awards are not the most awaited of all award shows, but it sure turned up some heat on the red carpet. And Angelina Jolie’s disaster dress is definitely not making our best dressed list. Although some fashion websites do love her look, I don’t; I’m a bit sick of this evil-queen act, especially when there are other princesses of fashion walking the same red carpet. Here’s our list. Did your favorite actress make it? Don’t forget to vote at the end.
That’s it, Emma Stone has now become my front runner for the Oscars – not for the awards but for her fashion. She’s been knocking it out of the park this awards season. Dressed head to toe in Alexander Mcqueen, we love the full volume, especially with the adorable tea length. This whole look screams dark romanticism, which is what I love the most about the late Lee.

Lea Michele had a real fashion moment on the S.A.G. red carpet in this Versace gown. The whole look, from her blown out hair and classic makeup, to the Casadei heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewels, and Fendi bag, it’s all RIGHT. We hope she continues this ultra glamorous streak she’s going through.
Amber Heard can do no wrong on the red carpet, and her stylist needs to be in the little black book of every badly dressed starlet… NOW. Amber rocks the futuristic look in a Zac Posen dress with H. Stern jewellery; not that she needed help showing off her body, but those perfectly placed cut-outs are very enticing. Well done Zac (and Amber).
There is something so laid back, yet so high-fashion, about this whole look. Zoe Saldana looks so comfortable, even though she’s wearing couture, Givenchy Haute Couture, to be exact. I don’t always love white on the red carpet, but the beading and fabric is so gorgeous, especially in some of the close-up shots, that I couldn’t resist putting her on our list.
If you don’t know who Jessica Chastain is, then you haven’t watched The Help. And you have to watch this movie. It’s a brilliant movie – just like this minimal trend on the red carpet. We saw sparks of it last year, and Jessica brings it back in this pop blue Calvin Klein dress. The Harry Winston jewellery she is wearing is worth 2.5 million dollars – talk about bling bling! Love the look.
