She undoubtedly has one of the best bodies in the industry – and that too, after becoming a mother in 2010. Actress Amrita Arora-Ladak celebrates her 31st birthday today, and quite frankly, when we bumped into her a month ago, she looked as young and sprightly as a teenager, just out of college!
Having debuted ten years ago, in the film, Kitne Door Kitne Paas, with Fardeen Khan, Amrita has not racked-up as many films as we would have liked for her. In fact, she’s among those younger siblings, like Shamita Shetty, who is slightly over-shadowed by the success of the older one.
However, she did get her fair share of publicity after the film Girlfriend, which had her playing out a lesbian relationship with Isha Koppikar. The press went to town, blowing the controversial storyline out of proportion, while some political types also used it as an opportunity to gain some undeserved mileage as well.
On the personal front however, her life has been truly blessed. After hugely publicized relationships with actor Upen Patel and cricketer Usman Afzaal, Amrita finally married Shakeel Ladak in 2009, and gave birth to her son, Azaan, a year later.
