I was totally surprised when I read about Esha Deol’s engagement this morning. For starters, I haven’t heard much about her businessman boyfriend, Bharat Takhtani, and then the whole thing was such a hush-hush affair. Esha got engaged to Bharat, at a very private ceremony, at Hema Malini’s residence. She looked gorgeous in a saree, with her hair tied up and very minimalistic jewely.
The only B-town biggie at the ceremony was Jaya Bachchan. Hema Malini looked radiant in a yellow saree, as she gushed about her ‘good looking’ future son-in-law.
Obviously, everyone’s asking when the big wedding is, but for now, we love that Esha’s engaged (Valentine’s week is such a perfect time to get rocked), and I really wish that this adorable couple get their happily ever after.
