A bit of old news, but I was just looking at past collection on Style.com when I came across this typewriter dress by Mary Katrantzou. The Fall 2012 collection itself was a bizarre maze of prints on flamboyant silhouettes, yet this one really stood out for it’s very blatant print. I’m not sure if I would wear such a dress with this much bravado. It is after all a keypad on your chest! Although being that Mary is a London designer, such creativity is expected and lauded, why shouldn’t it? We have a garage full of boring tans, blacks, whites and RTW clothing, something out there every once is a while is quite refreshing!
