Akon is our man of the day today. He’s not only a huge artist but when he made his surprise entrance at the David Guetta concert, all the girls forgot about their beaus and drooled over this guy! I just recently found out that Akon’s father was a percussionist and Akon himself knows how to play many African drums including the djembe. Although I’ve never actually heard him play, it would be nice to hear some of those skills in his next Pune concert (I’m being hopeful!).
