Delhi-based designer, Raakesh Agarvwal, is one peeved man! Like many others in the fashion industry, who’ve suffered the indignity of having their designs ripped-off by newbies (and sometimes even established designers), Raakesh too has been having his fair share of problems over copyright infringements.
Certain designers out there (and he wont name them, as of now) have been hawking wares that reek of his design sensibilities and the young designer is not amused.
He threatens to take them to task on his Facebook page:
But in a show of strength for their contemporary, it’s interesting to note that designers Swapnil Shinde and Bobby Grover have sided with Raakesh, urging him to call the copycat’s bluff!
Of course, he reveals that it’s a top Mumbai “Socialite designer” who is the culprit, only one name comes to mind! She is the only socialite who’s turned designer! Can you guess who it is?
