Although I’m a big fan of both these talented actresses, I say Chitrangada Singh in her Karen Miller dress looked hotter. Karisma Kapoor, needed better hair and make up, and something about the fit of her LBD isn’t really flattering. Other than that they both looked pretty at the 10th anniversary of L’Officiel magazine.
