The May issue of Vanity Fair (Italia) has released today with a stunning black-and-white image of Madonna on the cover, showing off oodles of cleavage and lots of bling jewelry. I’m not sure what she’s trying to portray by having that ring with the “M” logo in her mouth but if you look at a thumbnail image, it looks like she has Dracula teeth.
