When was the last time your girl felt loved? And not just generally, but because you made an effort to make her feel so? Just telling her you love her may be enough, but showing her is really the way to go. And seeing that precious smile on her face might be the thing you loved the most that week!

If you are too lazy to come up with a way to surprise her, here are a few cheat tips to help you out –

1. Candles: Probably the oldest trick in the book, but then—a cliché is a cliché for a reason! There’s nothing better than surprising her with a candlelit dinner. Also, the more private the place, the better!

2. Flowers: I know—another cliché. And something guys consider a total waste of money. But it’s not about what you think. It’s about what she would like. And trust me, she digs flowers. Every girl does.

3. Unexpected compliments: Meet her, spend time together, go back. And after getting on the phone later, just mention how you were stumped by the way she looked earlier that day! Or a simple text saying, “And just btw, you looked amazing today!” would do the trick!

4. A long, romantic mail: We all know that she loves waking up to your good morning texts, but this time, just go a step further. How about a 500 word romantic mail to surprise her with, just when she expects it the least? (Tip for the lazy boys—you may dedicate a song instead, mentioning that you feel every word of the lyrics is about you two.)

5. Innovation in bed: Since I am me, someone who just doesn’t stop writing about sex, I feel no shame in mentioning this. Innovation in bed would genuinely come out to be a wonderful surprise for her. Something you can both benefit from!

As they say, the best things in the world come for free. Well, this isn’t exactly free, but it’s not worth diamonds either. Oh, wait. Diamonds might be a good idea too!
