Having worked as a costume designer in Bollywood for almost two decades, the reticent Ashley Rebello has dressed every major star, right from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Katrina Kaif, Shah Rukh Khan and even newbies like Imran Khan and Genelia D’souza in Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na.
Right now, he’s in the news for giving Salman Khan an all new look in Ek Tha Tiger and is waiting with bated breath for the film to release so that he get’s audience feedback on his costumes and styling.
However, when asked whom – from all the stars he’s worked with – is the most difficult, he immediately mentions Southern siren, Asin!
Apparently, Asin is very stuck in her ideas for her costumes and doesn’t like experimenting too much! Rebello admits that her favoured looks might work well in the Tollywood but for Bollwood, she must learn to adapt!
