She was the original, pot-smoking, cleavage-baring, doe-eyed Item Girl of Bollywood. The sensuous and sexually charged scenes which Zeenat Aman acted out in her heyday is stuff legends are made of and no Mallika Sherawat, Katrina Kaif of Kareena Kapoor can even come close to the oomph factor that Zeenie Baby was famous for!
Of course, it would be great to read all about it in an autobiography (especially the iconic waterfall scene in Satyam Shivam Sundaram) which she might pen in the future but wouldn’t it be better still if we could watch her life story unfold in a TV serial biopic?
Unfortunately, that won’t be happening any time soon. Even though a TV channel approached the reclusive star for permission to tell her story through a serial, she refused point-blank!
The reason? She wasn’t sure if they would be able to present the essence of her life in the truest sense and also, she is not comfortable with the medium of television, even though she has judged a talent show in the past.
So we’ll just have to wait for that autobiography, then!?!
