If you want to step out for a romantic evening on the town and indulge in some sinful cocktails with the man of your dreams, you need to wear a dress by Isabelle Mittal’s label, Izi Atelier. This petite, Greek-born designer showed off some lovely cocktail dresses and gowns at The Talent Box at Lakme Fashion Week on Friday evening.

She sent her models out onto the ramp with back veils over their faces which added a hint of mystery to her look for the season. Using rich ethereal fabrics such as velvets, organic cottons and georgettes, the designs revealed a jewel toned colour palette fit for royalty.

We liked the flirty 40’s inspired dresses, feminine sexy gowns, sleek pants, flared tops in shades like deep purple, ivy green, mustard, black and cherry red. Some of the pieces sported gold streak graphic prints, coloured collars as well as bejewelled accents.
