Not everyone is lucky to have friends who are kind, caring, funny (at times stupid!) but stand by you whenever in need. Thank God I am blessed with not one, but two very best friends – Sushmita and Tanya. They are both also Bollywood fanatics, just like me. So I thought I’d feature them here today with a rapid questionnaire about Bollywood. Enjoy! :)
Fav Bollywood movie: 3 Idiots. I just love the movie like anything. And I love the fact that it has portrayed an ever-lasting friendship of 3 guys. I, Shikha and Sushmita, together form a group of three too! :) Many of our school friends call us 3 Idiots! :D
Fav On-screen couple: Arunoday Singh and Aditi Rao Hyadri in Yeh Saali Zindagi. Their chemistry is worth watching.
Fav Movie moment: From Transformers 3 when Optimus Prime comes in spinning and takes out like 10 bad guys in 10 seconds. Woohoo! I replay the video again and again :D
Dream Date: Chris Evans. He’s too cute! :)
Fav movie dialogue: From 3 Idiots, Sharman Joshi’s (Raju Rastogi) mother: “Bhindi 12 rupaiye kilo ho gaye hai. Paneer toh itne itne thaliyon mein sunar ke dukaan mein bikega. Inki eczema ka cream bhi 55 rupaiye ki aati hain… aur roti doon beta?”
Last movie seen and views: Tristan & Isolde, great movie but yes it was heartbreaking when Tristan (the hero) dies, it had to be since it’s a true story, and true stories never end happily… :)
Fav Bollywood movies: Wake Up Sid, Rang De Basanti, Metro, Fashion and the list is too long to be noted :)
Fav on-screen couple: Hrithik-Aishwarya (Dhoom 2), Saif-Deepika (Love Aaj Kal), Ranbir-Deepika (Bachna Ae Haseeno)
Fav movie moment: The ending scene of Sweet Home Alabama where Josh kisses Reese :)
Dream date Holly/Bolly: Josh Lucas, Martin Henderson, Ben Affleck, Peter Facinelli… OMG!! I’ve got a never ending list for everything :D
Fav all time dialogue: “Zindagi mein teen cheez kabhi underestimate nahi karna, I, me and myself,” said Salman in Ready. Though it sounds funny, but I really love it ;)
Last movie seen and views: Cocktail, it was okay… not very good… certainly not up to expectations at all!! The second half was pretty boring and monotonous, though the music was awesome and quite new!! And Deepika was eye candy… she completely sizzled and looked really hot!!!! :)
Fav Bollywood Movie: There’s a long list of my fav movies but Wake Up Sid is my favorite.
Fav onscreen couple: Shahrukh and Kajol. From DDLJ to My Name Is Khan, they’ve won millions of admirers! They are too good together :-)
Dream Date: Jensen Ackles… everyone knows how hot! he is :D
Fav Movie Moment: From Wake-Up Sid, when Ranbir leaves his house, goes to Konkana‘s place and hugs her. He looks really cute when he starts to cry! And when in the end they finally propose to each other in the rain. Omg!! that is a soul-touching scene. Can someone pass the tissues please! :P
Fav Dialogue: I like the dialogues from 3 Idiots and Lagey Raho Munnabhai and Namastey London. The one on which I idiotically laugh at is;
Circuit: Bhai, woh apne bachpan ka dost aarela aaj raat ko dinner pe. Mera sara chain collection apne kamre mein chhupa do na please.
Munna Bhai: Kyun tera dost chor hai kya?
Circuit: Nahin Bhai, woh apnae chain pehchan lega.
Last movie I saw and views: Cocktail. I was really excited about the movie at first, but the outcome was not as expected. The story is a love triangle, which we’ve seen before in many other Bollywood movies. It starts with a bang, but by the interval we can easily guess its ending. Though I loved the work done by all the three actors, I wanted some more of the friendship action in the film. Diana Penty was terrific, Deepika was Hot! and Saif was hilarious! Overall its a one-time watch film :)
