As a tribute to one of the oldest living cities in the world, Taj Khazana, the in-house lifestyle store from the Taj Group of Hotels, in association with Zoya diamond boutique, unveiled an exquisite collection of saris and jewelry titled Banaras, at a fashion show held at Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai.

The Taj Hotels handloom weavers project in Varanasi started with the intent to restore the livelihoods and dignity of weavers who were facing extinction. The project initially involved creating beautifully hand-woven saris for all luxury hotels of Taj. The uniform project then graduated to providing market access, through Taj Khazana, for Benarasi weaves.
