The Gossip Girl boys seem to be out and about; first I spotted Ed Westwick and now it’s Penn Badgley aka Dan Humphrey’s turn to show up. The actor dons a cobalt blue jacket with a matching tie to an event. He chose to wear forest green Oxfords with no socks which does him no favours in the style department. Bold fashion choice – but not my cup of tea.
