A new season calls for new clothes don’t you think?! Luckily for us who belong to Shopaholics Anonymous, Urvashi Joneja‘s autumn/winter 2012 line is about to launch at the DIVAlicious shopping festival next week in Mumbai. Checkout the new collection look book DIVAlicious shared with us!
The collection keeps the festive season in mind offering lots of cocktail dresses and Indian wear. Entitled Sunset Blossom, Joneja was inspired by the psychedelic, fluorescent shades created by the sun at dusk.
To achieve this she used the tie-and-dye method to highlight the contrast between the darkness and light. She chose luxurious fabrics such as silk georgette, silk crepe and silk satin. Intricate crystal embroidery and bead are used quite liberally throughout her ensembles.
