Has futuristic, funky and avant-garde designer, Manish Arora, given in and finally bowed down to the demands of the desi consumer? It seems so, ever since it was announced yesterday, that Manish has tied-up with Biba Apparels and has a 49% stake in the joint-venture.
Indian by Manish Arora – which will retail at over a 100 Biba boutiques across India – has his signature burst of colours but the silhouettes are basic and intrinsically Indian.
