For those who chickened out on Halloween at Tote On The Turf, there was a whole lot you missed. But we are kind enough to keep you posted on the scary monsters that showed up. Every year on Halloween, there are three kinds of folks that go trick or treating – the sharp, the sexy and the too-shy-to-dress-up.
The Sharp.
These guy really put a lot of work into their costumes. Some were pretty cool and the others were quite… scary. It was awesome to see folks who didn’t hold anything back and went all out for there costumes. Sense of humour and imagination at its best!
The Sexy!
Let’s bend the quote in the teen flick, Mean Girls to read as, “In the regular world, Halloween is when children dress up in costumes and beg for candy. In “this” world, Halloween is the one night a year when a girl (or a boy) can dress like a total *shhh!* and no one can say anything about it.”
The too-shy-to-express…
Then there are those who seem to want to, but hold back. Nevertheless, they do bring out the masks and wigs to play along. Next time, let’s see you step up your game… you’d have fun….I promise!
And the favourites are…
Parul Kakad scared the show as the pregnant zombie. Her costume may have been too creepy for some, but scary nonetheless. After all that is the point of Halloween, to scare people. Number two is Sunny Khedkar in probably the weirdest costume I’ve ever seen. Completely coincidental that Parul and he shared creepy baby themes! And last on the list is, the cutest and most innovative costumes of our very own, MissMalini and Nowshad as Vodka-RedBull! In spite of the last minute costume hustle, the idea was pretty cool!
For those of you who didn’t dress up… start preparing for next year now!
