So the Zee Rishtey Awards are hosted by Zee TV every year to award the shows broadcast on their channel. Nominations for this year’s Popular Jodi include – Aarti-Yash of Punar Vivah, Poorvi-Arjun of Pavitra Rishta, Sugni-Aditya of Phir Subah Hogi, Archana-Manav of Pavitra Rishta and Gunjan-Mayank of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. Yikes, I’m clearly totally out of touch with Indian television and haven’t seen a single one of these shows, have you?!
PS. Is Rakhi Sawant on any of em? Because she showed up like she owned the place (as usual) albeit a rather unlikely poster-child for the “family channel” *LOL*
Spotted celebrating the channel’s 20-year journey were Shoma Anand, Navneet Nishan, Sudesh Berry, Rati Pandey, Ankita Lokhande and Gurmeet Chaudhary, Rakhi Vijan, Gracy Singh, Sudhir Pandey, Pallavi Joshi, Shefali Shah, Rohit Roy, Mansi Joshi Roy, Seema Kapoor, Raj Zutshi, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sharad Kelkar, Divyanka Tripathi, Ratan Rajput, Iqbal Khan, Hiten Tejwani, Kinshuk Mahajan, Nandish Sandhu and Varun Badola. Sonu Nigam hosted the show (which he entered on a bike!) along with co-host Jay Bhanushali.
The awards will be aired on Zee TV on December 2nd, happy viewing!
