The soundtrack of Dabangg was well-received, thanks to chartbusters like Munni Badnam Hai and Tere Mast Mast Do Nain. So, of course, there’s a certain expectation from the music of Dabangg 2, which has also been composed by Sajid-Wajid, the duo behind the original. Fevicol comes complete with crazy lyrics and brand mention (Munni had Zandu balm), but I don’t like it nearly as much as I did Munni. Maybe it just has to grow on me, and I guess the final decision will be taken once I see the video, but for now I’m not feeling it as much. That applies to the album on a whole, actually – I am not particularly impressed by it and don’t think I’ll have any of the songs on repeat. What do you think?
