Paris Hilton appeared at the People’s Choice Awards 2013 wearing a gorgeous emerald green printed dress from British designer Mary Katrantzou. I’m a fan of Katrantzou’s unique designs and glad to see it appear on the red carpet. Paris added blue platform suede pumps that took away from her busy outfit. A nude pair or sandals would have been a much better choice compared to that.
