Sandra Bullock has been flying under the radar for awhile now, but she popped up at the People’s Choice Awards, where she was presented with the “Favourite Humanitarian Award” for her efforts in rebuilding New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina. Miss Congeniality wore a cornflower blue corset and wool pencil skirt, custom made by Vera Wang, which she accessorized with a black monotone geometric long clutch from Narciso Rodriguez’s Spring/Summer’13 collection, hot pink Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps – and a 14K gold and diamond chain link bracelet from Amrapali.
