The next Spidey flick, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, is underway, and Sony has just released the first look of the new costume. Director Marc Webb (the apropos name is just a coincidence), who directed the last reboot, recently tweeted that filming has begun in New York.
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will resume their roles as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, respectively, and will be joined by new cast members Jamie Foxx (as the villain Electro), Paul Giamatti (as the villain Rhino), and Dane DeHaan (Harry Osborn).
Filming will be done exclusively in New York, and the release date is set for May 2nd 2014.
