Exams from Monday and the skin around my chin has broken out. Hell no, I’m not getting another degree, it’s my daughter’s 9th grade finals! She has picked hers to another level, so much for cosmetology experts daughter! So stress spares no one – mom or daughter, young or old, man or lady. Here are my  3 tips to let you sail through stress free 🙂

1. Relax with yoga or just deep breathing, long and right. Don’t forget to eat some thing once every three hours. Even if it’s just a handful of nuts or a fruit. Antioxidants is your saving grace when it comes to food or supplements.

2. Make sure you wash your face with the right face wash for your skin type. A lot can be achieved and avoided just with the right face wash. There is one available for each skin type and condition. Ponds itself has six in their range! Wash your skin with warm water, it has a calming effect on the nerves.

3. Chandan or sandalwood paste in tender coconut water is a great mask to apply daily.

Stress passes, but not what it leaves on your skin. So if you see any major change do visit your doctor so you can take care of it at the very beginning. Happy studying!
