Designer Payal Singhal has been consistent in showcasing her designs at Lakmé Fashion Week over the years and her vibrantly colourful shows are much anticipated by the social set. This season (summer / resort 2013), Payal will present The Taj collection which takes inspiration from the fine detailing and intricate patterns of filigree, jaali work and floral inlays seen in Islamic architecture.

You can looked forward to seeing a fancy array of silken Sufi falda pants worn with structured cholis, buttery mul saris with free-flowing kurtas, short anarkali kurtas with voluminous salwars and asymmetric tunic-blouses with traditional saris in katarva cottons, muls and Benarasi silk.

Payal’s show is on Monday 25th March at 3.30pm.
