In an exclusive interview with Team MissMalini, stylist and designer Pernia Qureshi tells us about her official role at Lakme Fashion Week for the Summer / Resort 2013 season.
Says Pernia, “This season, my role with Lakme is to do a fashion installation for them where I combine beauty with fashion. I’ve chosen five beauty trends from Lakme Absolute Pop Tints collection for Spring / Summer 2013 and I’ve combined them with five high fashion trends from designers like Manish Malhotra, Masaba Gupta and Namrata Joshipura.”
Adds Pernia, “I thought it’s a great way to combine the two because fashion and beauty go hand-in-hand and there is no better brand to associate with than Lakme,” she adds.
