The May issue of Teen Vogue – a special music issue – has teen heartthrob Justin Beiber on the cover…not once, but twice. Wile the first one sees him wearing a white sleeveless vest and showing off one of his many tats, the other has him more covered up in a check flannel shirt.
The first cover reminded me a lot of his August 2012 cover for Rolling Stone magazine:
