The Roshans are finally set to release the third film in the Krrish franchise this year, and here’s good news for fans of the series: they’re actually making four more films around this Hrithik Roshan-starrer, but this time it will be an animated series! Two of these cartoon films will release before Diwali, and the other two will release post the festival.
Says Rakesh Roshan: “I am planning to unveil the first look in July when the first two cartoon films will go on air. I also want to spread the message of friendship and love through this series. My grandsons ( Hrehaan and Hridhaan) loved the idea and are excited. The last film released six years ago and a lot of kids were not even born then.”
It’s actually a pretty great idea for kids: it’ll be a starting point for those who never saw Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish (because they were too young when they first came out), and for those who are already fans, it’ll probably be a nice extension of the franchise!
