Oh, let’s count the number of ways this look of Ranveer Singh‘s on last Friday’s The Front Row with Anupama Chopra was one hot mess, shall we?
Firstly, the shade of this silk blend Ermenegildo Zegna suit (from Spring/Summer 2013 collection) is just plain hideous – and so unflattering against Ranveer’s skin tone.
The tropical banana leaf foulard print silk shirt (from the same set) which he wore underneath… Aaaarrrggghhh, it couldn’t be more garish if it tried!
The final nail in the coffin was the way he wore the ensemble. Okay Ranveer, we get it that you’re filming Gunday right now, but that doesn’t mean you’ve to roll up your sleeves and leave half the shirt buttons undone – especially, when in formal wear.
And those earrings and that trilby hat with the feather embellishment *facepalm* Pukka tapori lag rahey ho!
I’ll give him a pass on the footwear since he has some bandage on, and for that pimp-stache, which I hope/presume is for a film role. Still, this is one disastrous outfit – and one which is asking to be fined big time.
