I was flipping through Elle at the salon today and totally fell in love with their suggestion for color-blocked eyeliner! And it’s soooo simple. Get yourself a bunch of coloured liners and try doubling up the liner on your upper eyelid with a long flick that extends to the crease of your eye! How cool is that?
