Hakkasan Mumbai Refreshes its Menu

Hakkasan’s Mumbai outpost is shaking things up. In celebration of its second anniversary, the London transplant has added over 30 new items to a menu that hasn’t otherwise changed much since launch. While the classic favorites remain, the menu sees the addition of some completely new items, as well as new vegetarian versions of popular non-veg dishes, such as a Mock Duck Salad. Also new on the menu are single portion sizes, to accomodate smaller groups and those who want to sample more items. The refresh was conducted under the supervision of London Head Chef Chee Loong Chong, and is said to incorporate more local ingredients – which seems to reflect in the restaurant’s newly moderated pricing.
